<![CDATA[Institution Awareness to the citizens in order to increase the quality of education is a part of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. To apply the program, it needs a plan. Community service program. The general purpose of this community service program is to increase the competency of citizens of RW 003 Babakan Village, Kelapa Dua, Setu, South Tangerang using Zahir Accounting Software training. The activity of this community service program entitled Computerized Accounting. The trainers and the source speakers are from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). The result conducted on November, 1,2,3 2019 was increasing their ability to use computer and computerized accounting with Zahir Accounting Software. The trainees was enthusiastic with the material they had from the lecturers of Accounting Major of Pamulang University (Universitas Pamulang). <![CDATA[Masalah prioritas yang dihadapi oleh mitra yang dalam hal ini anak panti asuhan Al Kamilah yaitu rendahnya kemampuan berbahasa inggris, berhitung, dan minat berwirausaha. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha anak-anak melalui pendekatan pembelajaran bahasa inggris dan berhitung berbasis kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan/pembelajaran bahasa inggris dan berhitung melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan secara berkala selama 1 bulan dan bergantian (antara materi berhitung dan bahasa inggris). Pemberian pelatihan/pembelajaran bahasa inggris dan berhitung melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan secara berkala selama 1 bulan terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha anak-anak Yayasan Al Kamilah, tetapi kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa inggris dan berhitung. Dan karena kemampuan awal berbahasa Inggris dan berhitung anak-anak tersebut yang masih sangat kurang, maka sebaiknya kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dilanjutkan dalam waktu yang lebih lama lagi. <![CDATA[This community service has a general objective to help partners develop a good waste management system, good and correct accounting reporting, and build a model of the Waste Bank system, which can inform the quantity of waste in each village and the quantity of recycled waste to meet the economic needs of the community. The theme of PKM is financial accounting, by involving lecturers and resource persons Lecturers in the Accounting Study Program from Pamulang University. The results of the PKM Implementation carried out on 20, 21 and 22 October 2019 were to increase knowledge in the field of accounting, especially regarding the financial records of the participants of the Asri Berseri Garbage Bank Management group in Benda Baru, South Tangerang, Banten. The response of the participants was very good and happy because it was very helpful in learning about financial records. Suggestions submitted were PKM activities in the future to be carried out continuously so that the participants would always get guidance in recording the accounting cycle and provide financial reporting to the public related to the Garbage Bank, so that the community was more enthusiastic in collecting waste because it could provide high economic value. <![CDATA[Service to the community conducted by the Lecturer Team of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pamulang Accounting is conducted by conducting educational training using lecture methods, questions and answers, practices and discussions to micro-small business entrepreneurs about the importance of marketing activities both offline / conventional based, and based online marketing. This program is partnering with micro agriculture micro entrepreneurs in Depok City, especially in Sukmajaya Sub-District, Depok City. The main problem faced by partners is the limited knowledge and skills in marketing agricultural processed products both offline and online. The education program is given with the help of audiovisual infocus media, as well as by providing training in marketing theory based and direct practice of digital based marketing activities by Marketing Lecturers and in collaboration with Digitalpreneur Experts. The main purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding and knowledge of business actors relating to the power of marketing in the business world. The training was held on 1-3 October 2019, at the Depok City cooperative training center. The evaluation of activities used in community service is an aspect of knowledge and skills. The results of the service activities stated that the training participants got an increase in the aspects of cognition and skills by 27.27% from before the training.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service can be interpreted as an academic response from the campus community to the needs, challenges, or problems faced by the community, both directly and indirectly. The general objective of community service activities is to assist fish farmers in the Jampang area, Bogor in overcoming the problems of recording financial statements. The form of activities in the implementation of community service with the theme of financial accounting. The instructors and resource persons involved were Accounting Study Program Lecturers from Pamulang University. The results of the PKM Implementation conducted on 20.21 and 22 September 2019 were adding to their knowledge in the field of accounting, owing to financial records, the ornamental fish group participants in the village of Jampang were very enthusiastic about the material they got from accounting lecturers at the University of Pamulang, participants can directly practice bookkeeping manually, the response of the participants is very good and happy because it is very helpful in learning about financial records. The importance of managing the financial aspects of the business made the farmers' groups aware that income had to be rotated to keep the business going. The suggestion given is that the PKM activities in the future should be encouraged and made as attractive as possible so that they can capture more Ornamental Fish group participants in the village of Jampang, expanding the scope of coverage of the material area can be expanded so that participants can gain more insight. <![CDATA[Community Service entitled the use of used cooking oil into washing soap at a garbage bank in the Village of Bambu Apus aims to empower and increase the value of used cooking oil that is not used and is usually disposed of into trash, but with this training with simple capital can be processed into washing soap which can be used alone or sold and earn income and improve the living standards of garbage bank members. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered in the Village of Bambu Apus Pamulang, which consists mostly of housewives. The results of this PKM are proven by the women members of the garbage bank Bambu Apus Village that can apply the use of used cooking oil into washing soap properly and can be marketed to consumers by attending exhibitions or marketed around the neighborhood and online.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of technological growth at this time has been developing rapidly, one of which is the emergence of fintech. Fintech is a developing innovation in adaptation in computer networks that is applied in the financial sector.The obstacles that occur when utilizing technology are the maximum lack of use of technology for entrepreneurship and also the lack of knowing the technology itself. In this case, many entrepreneurs including housewives who do not understand the application and knowledge of technology. So this Community Service is aimed at providing understanding to Housewives about the use of technology as an instrument for entrepreneurship by utilizing sophisticated technology and to be able to improve towards a prosperous family. In Community Service the method used in the delivery of material is to present the material and question and answer session. And the results obtained in Community Service are housewives who know and understand the use of technology to support family welfare by being open to entrepreneurship and understanding of technological advances can lick up housewives in entrepreneurship. The conclusion from the Community Service activities this time is that there are many benefits in technology, especially in entrepreneurship. <![CDATA[Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat marginal di pinggiran kota, baik marginal secara ekonomi maupun marginal akses sumber daya adalah terbatasnya akses pada dunia pendidikan. Ketidakmampuan ekonomi dan jauhnya sekolah umum sebagai sarana formal pendidikan menyebabkan mereka memiliki keterbatasan untuk mendapatkan salah satu haknya. Dalam jangka panjang, kondisi ini dapat berakibat pada rendahnya tingkat mobilitas vertikal untuk mendapatkan kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa datang. Sebagai salah satu metode untuk ikut mengatasi permasalahan ini, beberapa staf pengajar pada Prodi Akuntansi Universitas Pamulang melaksanakan program pengajaran dan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika Dasar di Yayasan Al Kamilah, Bojongsari Kota Depok. <![CDATA[Problems faced by students living in the Al-Kamilah foundation are a lack of ability to speak English and a lack of basic mathematical calculation skills. The service team decided to provide continuous training for 1 month. This continuity needs to be conducted to provide a deeper effect for the trainees so that the trainees can maximize the training material in preparation for facing the challenges of the industrial revolution era 5.0. Moreover, the material will be given by Pamulang university lecturers who are experienced in teaching mathematics and English. In addition, the determination of trainers is also based on the background of each trainer so that the trainer can provide teaching material in a way that is easily understood by the trainees so that the trainees can grasp concepts in mathematics and apply English speaking skills in everyday life. Provision of teaching materials continuously has not given maximum results as the service team expected. As a result, it was decided that training needs to be held longer and in-depth to have a significant influence on the mathematical and English language abilities of students who live in the Al-Kamilah foundation. <![CDATA[Investment is an important thing to do given the uncertainty in the future. Babakan Village is located in a position that makes it easy for people to be tempted to shop because of easy access to shopping centers. Through the PKK Mobilizing Team which is a government partner as well as a social organization that functions as a facilitator, planner, executor, as well as controller and with the aim of improving the welfare of the community, this PKM is held by providing counseling on the fundamentals of investment. PKM was attended by approximately sixty (60) participants of PKK ladies, the Secretary of the Village of Babakan and student representatives.
